09 December 2011The objective of this document is to compare the Short Circuit Calculation results from PowerApps software with those of published results:
Comparison of short circuit calculations of PowerApps is made with respect to other published references considering the following factors for 3-bus and 6-bus systems:
- Z bus for sequence networks
- Post fault bus voltages, and currents
Considering the limited precision of results from the reference, it is clearly seen that the results of PowerApps matches well with those of the published results in the reference.
