The product support services carries out support
activities for Kalki's product customers. These services also include the
partner products that are procured through Kalki. For all products, Kalki offers
first one year e-mail support free. All other forms of support are contractual,
including second year e-mail support.

The Product Engineering group helps you implement right from product specific
software or hardware to complete product's in themselves or work with you in

Services Support
The engineering & field support team carries out on-site field
and engineering support activities to our customers. The support includes Field
services bought from Kalki as well as pure maintenance and support contracts
purchased for your engineering systems and automation systems from Kalki.

The software support services carries out support
